  Used to be the best take out in town but when management changed, it all went down hill. Food quality has declined and service is slow. Servers & kitchen staff are obviously run off their feet so it’s not for lack of effort on their part.

  One of the waitresses dropped some stuff off her plate and knew about it. Never picked it up, we watched all the employees walk over it and one kicked it another stepped on it and then she picked it up. Just an awful outing.

  It took a long time to (a) Get the cheques & (b) to be able to pay. Appears that the servers are so busy trying to seat new customers and take their order that they are forced to leave you sitting for some time before you can pay and get out of there.

  I'd only go back there out of necessity such as for a large family celebration due to the long waits, for order, food delivery, and payment.

  We ordered the double leg chicken and fries and chicken noodle soup. We asked for gravy and chalet sauce. We requested chicken to be well done. The young waitress is very efficient. Everything is in very good order. We are very happy with the really well done chicken - yummy and not rubbery. The soup is very tasty and thick. Fresh cut fries so good. I’ll come back again. Only downside is the soup is now $5.49 and soda is 2.99. I think the charge is a bit excessive especially for the soup.

  4 others had the Hot Chicken Sandwich with Fries. Others had the Quarter Chicken Dinner, and one had the Beef & Ribs Dinner. Everybody seemed to enjoy their meals.

  Took my son here last weekend. Took forever to get seated, waitresses look at you and just walk by. I get that you are all busy a simple "hello, sorry we are short staffed and some one will be with you in a.minute ". Nothing! I asked my son if he wanted yo ho somewhere else? He said no but i felt like they didn't want my business.

  Water, beer, coffee ordered and served. Took a long time for the waiter to come back to take orders. Took a long time for the orders to arrive so the children were hungry and forced to wait almost 40 minutes(another table that arrived after we did got their orders deliver before we did) Place was cold as evidenced by so many people wearing coats an parkas inside (Either the heat was not turned up -could feel a cool breeze from the ceiling ducts, or as the server said it was because of the deep freeze and the windows-mentioned that people were wearing coats inside and by the time we left, lo and behold it was warmer.
